MASON CITY — Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at the North Iowa Community Auditorium.
Tickets are $35 in advance, $40 on the day of the show and at the door. This performance is presented by Community National Bank, and is part of the 2013-14 Performing Arts and Leadership Series.
The legacy of The Rat Pack endures because it encompasses the music, laughter and camaraderie of four extraordinary legends: Joey Bishop, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis Jr. and Frank Sinatra.
Celebrating 50 years of The Rat Pack, Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show has been hailed as the next best thing to seeing the Rat Pack themselves. They were style with substance, swing with swagger and a non-stop party that everyone wanted to join.
Today, audiences can experience this critically-acclaimed, entertaining theatrical production, which includes exciting new arrangements of the classic songs everyone knows and loves.
Audiences will also hear original, never-before-heard songs and recorded voiceovers made exclusively for this show by Hackett’s father, the late legendary comedian, Buddy Hackett.
The Rat Pack will be joined on stage by The Des Moines Big Band. For more information, visit www.sandyhackettsratpackshow.com.
Tickets are available at the NIACC Box Office, 888-466-4222, extension 4188, and online at www.niacc.edu/boxoffice.
